We design, build, test and hand over the work. You keep 60% of the project value, and we keep 40%.

You sign the contract with your client and keep the relationship. We work under a subcontract with you.
- Your client pays you, and you pay us 40% of the project value
- 30% is due within 2 working days of the client's advance arriving
- The final 10% is due within 2 working days of the client's final payment
- We start work only after our 30% share arrives

We sign the contract with your client, handle the project, and take on the delivery and client management.

- You receive 60% of the project value
- Repeat work from the same client also follows the 40/60 split

Who it is for
Freelancers, digital agencies, consultants and small firms that have clients asking for AI agents, automation, ERP or CRM work. Projects start from $1,000. Each project needs a written scope before work starts, and the split applies to repeat work from the same client.

What does Growmerz keep?
Growmerz keeps 40% of the project value. The partner keeps 60%. This applies whether the partner or Growmerz is in front of the client.
What counts as project value?
The total fee the client pays for the agreed scope, before tax and after any discount that is written into the contract.
Who signs the client contract?
You choose. If you want to stay in front, you sign the contract and we work under a subcontract with you. If you want us in front, we sign the contract with your client.
What kinds of projects can I bring?
Any project Growmerz delivers, including AI agents, workflow automation, ERP and CRM work, websites and apps. Each project needs a written scope before work starts.
Is there a minimum project size?
Yes. The 40/60 split applies to projects of $1,000 or more. Smaller projects are quoted separately.
Does the split apply to repeat work?
Yes. Follow-on projects you bring to us from the same client also follow the 40/60 split.
Can I say I work with Growmerz?
Yes, once we have approved the wording in writing. You can also choose to appear on our partner list. Partners who choose not to be listed keep the same 60%.
Who owns the final work?
The client owns the final deliverables once the final payment clears. Growmerz keeps its own general tools and know-how.
