Scope and number of workflows
One well-defined task costs less than several connected processes. We usually start with one and expand.
Integrations
Each system the agent reads from or writes to adds work, especially where an API is limited.
Data readiness
Clean, organised documents and records are quicker to build on than scattered or inconsistent ones.
Level of human review
Approval steps, audit trails and review screens add build effort, and are often worth it.
Hosting and model usage
Where the system runs and which AI model it uses decide the running costs after launch.

Pricing questions

Why are there no fixed prices on this page?

Because the work varies too much for a price list to be honest. A simple workflow between two apps and an agent that works across an ERP are very different projects. We quote once we understand your process, so the number reflects your actual scope.

Is the AI audit really free?

Yes. The audit is a free 30-minute call with no obligation. You leave with a clearer view of what can be automated in your business, whether or not you work with us afterwards.

Do you do fixed-price projects?

Yes. The Build stage is a fixed-scope project. After the audit we send a written scope and a quote, and you approve both before any work begins.

Who owns the code and the automation?

It depends on the project. Ownership of the agent, workflows and code is agreed with you up front and written into the proposal, so you know exactly what you own before work starts. Third-party platforms and AI models stay under their own providers' terms.

What about ongoing model and API costs?

AI models and some automation platforms charge by usage, and those charges are paid to the provider, normally through your own account. We estimate them during scoping and design the system to keep them reasonable, for example by choosing a smaller model where it does the job.
