1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Growmerz services, website, or booking a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Growmerz provides short-form and long-form video editing, motion graphics, and content strategy services primarily for tech founders, SaaS creators, and indie hackers. We deliver high-retention Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts & Long Videos based on the agreed scope.

3. Project Process & Revisions

All projects include a defined number of revision rounds as per the chosen plan. Additional revisions may be charged separately. We aim to deliver high-quality work, but final creative approval rests with the client.

4. Payments & Pricing

Full or milestone payment is required before work begins. All prices are in USD. Once a project starts, payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy (if any).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the final edited videos. However, Growmerz retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing unless a separate NDA is signed.

6. Client Content

You are responsible for the raw footage, assets, and content you provide. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the material.

7. Limitation of Liability

Growmerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
