1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking a strategy call, or engaging Growmerz for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Growmerz provides server-side tracking setup, configuration, and maintenance services primarily for Shopify store owners and e-commerce brands. This includes implementing and optimizing tracking for Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Ads, and Shopify Ads to ensure accurate, reliable conversion data.

3. Project Process & Validation

All projects include a defined scope of setup, testing, and validation. We will configure your server-side environment, map critical e-commerce events, and perform test transactions to verify data accuracy and deduplication. Final project sign-off is based on successful data verification in your respective analytics and ad platforms.

4. Payments & Pricing

Full or milestone payment is required before technical work begins. All prices are in USD. Once configuration work has started, payments are non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Upon full payment, the tracking configuration and setup belong to you. Growmerz treats all your store data, revenue metrics, and business information with strict confidentiality. We retain the right to showcase anonymized performance metrics or case studies in our portfolio unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Client Responsibilities & Access

You are responsible for providing the necessary access to complete the work (e.g., Shopify staff accounts, Google Tag Manager access, Meta Business Manager access). You warrant that you have the legal right to process customer data and that your store complies with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).

7. Limitation of Liability

Growmerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including ad account restrictions, platform algorithm changes, or business losses. While our setups are designed to improve data accuracy, we do not guarantee specific Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) improvements, as these depend on broader marketing and business factors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project or retainer with written notice. You will be billed for all configuration work and services completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will securely remove our access to your accounts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
