No base salary. Uncapped earning potential based on closed deals.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven SDR to help us scale Growmerz. You will be the bridge between our technical excellence and Shopify store owners who are losing money to poor data tracking.

This is a 100% commission-based role. We don't believe in paying for time; we believe in paying for results. If you close a deal, you get 20% of the total contract value, paid out immediately.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, SDR, or closing high-ticket services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical value simply.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a massive plus.
