20% per sale

No base salary. Uncapped, based on the deals you close.

The role

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven SDR to help grow Growmerz. You find founders, operations leads and business owners who lose time to repetitive manual work, and book them onto a free AI audit call. On that call we map what an AI agent or automation could take over.

This is a 100% commission-based role. We pay for results, not hours. When a deal you sourced closes, you earn 20% of the total contract value, paid out immediately.

What we are looking for

  • A track record in B2B sales, as an SDR or closing high-ticket services.
  • Clear communication, and the ability to explain technical value in simple terms.
  • A self-starter who works well remotely and without supervision.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, SaaS or ERP software is a strong plus.
