Growmerz is an AI agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We design and build AI agents, AI workflow automation and AI assistants for businesses, and we provide related consulting. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit growmerz.com, contact us, apply for a role or work with us as a client.

We collect only what we need to run this website and deliver our services.

• Information you give us when you get in touch: your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you choose to tell us about your business and the work you want to automate.
• Booking details: when you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter in its booking form.
• Job applications: if you apply through our careers page, we receive your name, email address, phone number, optional LinkedIn or portfolio link, your message and the CV you attach.
• Usage data: Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
• Advertising data: our blog pages load Google AdSense, which may use cookies and similar identifiers to show and measure ads. Ads are not shown on the rest of the site.
• Client project data: if you become a client, we handle the business data and system access you choose to share so we can build and run your project.

The form on our contact page does not send data to our servers. It opens your own email application with a draft addressed to us, and nothing is shared until you send that email.

The careers form sends your application, including your CV, to our company inbox by email through our email provider. We use it only to assess your application and to contact you about the role.

Building an AI agent or automation usually means working with your documents, records or systems. We use that data only to deliver the project you have engaged us for, and we treat it as confidential.

Many AI systems rely on third-party model and API providers, cloud hosting and the business software you already use. When your project needs such a provider, data may be processed by it under its own terms. We agree the providers and tools for each project with you before your data is sent to them.

We do not use client data to train models for other clients.

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients worldwide. The service providers named in this policy may process data in other countries. By using this website or our services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your own country.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
